1916 Ithaca Flues custom 12 gauge Coach Gun. Rescued stock and factory-engraved receiver.
This specimen features beautiful hand-engraved steel that was done by artisans employed by Ithaca at that time. The metal has been polished. The Damascus barrels have been shortened to 18.5" and have pristine bores and sport a hand-turned, polished "Feleena's Thorn" front bead sight. The stock was rescued by grafting part of an 1880's Belgian shotgun stock and butt plate onto it. The stock has been reinforced with 7 wood dowels and 2 steel rods. LOP is 12.5” and 13.5”. Overall length 34”. The lock-up is tight, triggers are crisp, and it's a great shooter.
