J.C. Higgins Model 583 Tactical Bolt Action Shotgun

I had a ridiculous idea to make a tactical bolt action shotgun. Luckily I found this 583 to convert. It was a pretty beat up specimen when I got it. It’s cool little 12 gauge shotgun. 18” barrel, 5 rounds. I polished the bolt and barrel support, then did a polish fade to the barrel. Hand shaped an African Padauk wood butt plate, and polished up some brass screws.
