Rescue: Ithaca M-66 Lever-Break, Single Shot 20 Gauge

A rescue I did for a friend. This is the biggest piece of junk I’ve encountered — Note the hacked-down stock with a 2”x4” extension (with butt plate made from carpet), and JB-Welded front sight. There was a shell that was rusted and stuck in the chamber that I had to drill out. It shoots great now, but it is a handful! I was pleasantly surprised that I was also able to revive the crispy leather scabbard. All things considered, I think it turned out pretty cool.
